The site url and IP address are constantly changing and access to it is shared in "Meat space", through "Hot drop sites" physical locations where usb devices have been cleverly hidden or embedded into the wals of structures for people to plug into and copy files to or from. And thumb drives seeded into the public and handed around in high schools throughout the State.
PP_H@mL!n begins to promote a reverse flash mob event called "The Vanishing", which leads to thousands of high school, middle school and college students all disapearing from their homes and not showing up to their classes. Their facebook and twitter accounts all going silent and their smartphones, going unanswered.
