Albrecht von Hiesen is a half Saxon half Dutch bishop, who his father was Saxon Catholic. who moved to Amsterdam, after being kicked out by German pagans, he met the daughter of the lord of Amsterdam. the daughter was set to marry someone else, but they fell in love and ran away to Utrecht, were in the next 20 years, they had 3 kids. the oldest was Albrecht von Hiesen, he grew up in a middle class family. taking a interest in theology. when he was 29 he became bishop of Utrecht, 32 is when he became arch-bishop of Holland in 767.
