Time Current | Временной Поток
The Time Current is one of the many subrealms attached to Fringe Earth, like Spirit Realm or Dream Realm . As the others, it has its own unique physical properties, in this case - connectivity with the entirety of time.
Manifestation
Entering and exiting the Time Current feels like an immense sensory shock, with almost total dampening of sensed coming right after that. The only response that is still active is tactile. If the Navigator and their group are traveling back in time, they feel wind blowing in their faces. If they return to their original time, it blows from behind. Navigation in the Time Current is a mixture of tactile and emotional manipulation, and intuition.
Localization
Access points to the Time Current are the Sending Stones. They allow Navigators to enter it and arrive to a point in history of their choosing, barring their relative future and all the periods they have already existed in.

Интересное развитие концепции путешествий во времени. Хочется по подробнее узнать, что это за место, как оно появилось, и по каким законам работает. В начале статьи говорится, что это только один из подуровней реальности, эту тему тоже стоит раскрыть.
И да, начальная картинка выглядит пугающе. Мне от неё не по себе.
Тема будет развиваться, да. Капельку даже в "Превратностях". Картинка и должна пугать, долго выбирал :)
Тогда ладно. Не хватает только названия на русском, для стройности.
