Individuals with this type of mana tend to be healthier people. The mana that runs through them gives a rejuvenating boost at times, keeping them healthy.

Manifestation

Individuals with this mana gain the following:

• Your classes hit die gets increased by one. E.g a wizards d6 would become a d8.

• Once per long rest you can regain hit points equal to 4d6 + class level.

• Every 6 hours you lose 1 level of exhaustion.
