Caruillin

Caruillin is a kingdom divided into Realms. Each Realm holds individual power and rulers, however is unified under a pseudo-democracy known as The Counsel . The Counsel  is a group made up of each individual Realms ruler, for a total of 6. The Counsel  makes group decisions on any of the nations important decisions, ranging from laws to military conflicts, in which each Realm would pay tributes of men for the military.
