The Coya is the queen to the Sapa of Tawantinsuyu.
Requirements
She must be a female relative of the current Sapa or prospective Sapa. Be it a sister, a half-sister, an aunt or a cousin from an established panaqa.

- Authority over the young women of Ca-Chisneu nobility
- Decides the fate of daughters kept in the House of Women
- Assign and enforce marriage prospects of high ranking unmarried men; even those outside the capital
