Gwendmon
Rhandeste's southern gem, Gwendmon is the last port of call for central sailors who are venturing east for exotic wares and adventure.
Gwendmon is sometimes called "Port Exotica" by more narrow-minded central sailors, as it's beauty and trade is unlike any to its' west: From The Monthly Festival of Beauty, to the WildMarkets of Gwendmon, to the Houses of Lust, a tourist searching for a truly awakening experience would do no better in The Northern Regions of Fortur.
Geography
The Port is lavish and stretches inland in a great inlet sometimes called The Pleasure Bay. The Streets of the large port are often the sight of parades and frivolity.
The City has no divided Wards, instead taking a chaotic structure where rich live among poor, and The Lord of Gwendmon might call a Brothel her Neighbors.
Tourism
The Festival of Beauty is a monthly celebration that takes place always on the next day of the next month (Meaning after The Festival is on The 1st, the next festival will be on the 2nd etc.) and the Festival that falls on the 1st day is called instead "The Festival of Lust" and emphasizes the carnal beauties of the world far more than others.
The Festival is welcome to all, and is what Gwendmon is Known for.
Gwendmon is also known to traders as housing many exotic wonders of The East, and as a place one can acquire magic items of Kara-Tur and Rhandeste without the risk that delving deeper East can incur.
