Fornland

An expansive world of racial tensions and the conquering of a new land. Humans are a plague following a series of devastating natural and unnatural disasters; disasters previously only talked about in ancient legend. Elves and Gnomes join forces with the Dwarves to push back the waves of the short-lived humans. The underdark is collapsing, leading to deadly creatures flooding the surface. The humans come in separate groups lead by people with wildly varied goals. They are held together by the need to stick together else be over run by the new challenges. Out of this has stepped the overlords, a council of three who oversee the advance of humans across the land.
