Watcher Skylvar

Skylvar is a tall, very thin elf scribe. He works as a scribe for the cemetary in Middlescourt . A few years ago he has been promoted to the leader of the Most Solemn Order of the Silent Shroud and he guards the secrets of life and death since then. He coordinates the other bigger outposts of the order which in turn take care of their local members.
