Tony "Sonny" Ramirez

"Sonny" Ramirez is a pretty optimistic fellow. He's the president of the Sunshine Coalition and was the first to discover the old prewar SolarTec. He incited a coup against the Brotherhood and rallied others to join him. In the years following he became very powerful, having the hearts and minds of the people on his side. He's accumulated an army and major political power, but stands by his position that those in power should be there for the people. He rations all resources and divides them to the settlements and oversees the major political ordeals of the group. The various republics founded in each settlement report to their respective Mayors who report back to him. He's a benevolent dreamer and friend to the people.
