Right of last names

Within Fmier only those of noble or blessed bloodline are permitted to have a last name, other people will have their essence affinity as their last name. this rule was set in stone after the great cleansing, the eradication of the blessed bloodline set fourth this law so that every single person with a champion's bloodline would be known to the entire world; of course this caused nobles to be outraged(they did not want to  let go of their family name) therefore they were given the right to keep their last names, but other than that every species on Fmier had to let go of their family name and settle for their essence's affinity. 
The outcome of this horrible law was an unjust society that targeted people who had no affinity with any of the essences, these people were forced to do as anyone from the higher social status said or they would be discarded without a second thought.
(many of the law enforcement units within Fmier do not care for these people, almost any crime that is committed with them as victim only dose not matter because its not beneficial for the law enforcements to spend any of their resources on said crimes)
