Town Square Hangouts

There are countless things people love to do when going out. Concerts, picnics in the park, shopping, grabbing a drink or a meal with a friend and many more. But there is one place in particular that every town has, that manages to combine all these things and more, and draw in thousands of people across the world every day. You guessed it, this place is the Town Square.

Mealtimes

These Town Squares vary from town to town in size and variety of entertainment, but they all guarantee fun to anyone visiting. They usually offer a rich program throughout the day, but are most busy during breakfast, lunch and dinner time.

People like to come here to grab a bite and something to drink before or after work, meet their friends and enjoy the entertainment. Every Town Square has snack stands as well as nearby shops or diners where people can get food, be it a breakfast croissant with chocolate juice, cashew mousse with a variety of crackers for lunch, or a bowl of pasta with fruity sauce for evening dessert. Moles don’t tend to eat a lot, but when they do, they love to enjoy their food together with their friends.

Evening Fun

While people come here all hours of the day, the most fun time here is the evening. Evening at Town Squares usually starts at dinner time, just in time for people to get their evening meal here with their friends. After the meal they tend to stick around, get more drinks, chat with friends, and most importantly, enjoy the evening program. Evening programs tend to be different each day of the week, to make sure to attract and please all different kinds of people. This includes, but is not limited to interviews, game shows, concerts, movie screenings, stand-up performances and more. Some of the popular shows that are hosted in Central Area of Ä+*4~ include Elevator of Misfortune, stand up comic Asim in a box and Tammy’s interviews with popular local bands. You can read more about these and other shows here. These shows are also broadcast live for those who prefer to spend their evenings at home, but there’s something more special about sitting with your friends in one of the comfortable seating areas on the Town Square, chatting and sipping your cocktail as the sun slowly sets. Additionally, some people like to come here for a chance to join certain events such as game shows or open mic evenings.

Evening program lasts 2 hours, until 22, which is official nighttime. Any bars, food stands or other shops will close, but people might still stay for a bit or go elsewhere to continue with fun, but the majority of people will head home to get some good sleep before the new day.

Contrary to some other places, the entry to Town Squares is completely free, anyone may come and go as they please and join the fun for the entire evening, or just for a while. Another thing that contributes to these evening gatherings is also the fact that the temperatures get colder and more bearable in the evening - perfect for spending some time out in the fresh air. But regardless of whether you come out to the Town Square with your friends, or just watch the shows from home, these evening shows are a staple of everyone’s daily life.
