Morgan Churchill
Morgan is a craven fixer for the local Provost kept on the payroll to ensure problems disappear without raising to a level at which the public may take notice. Morgan is responsible for several gang wars, and the destruction of a few city blocks in pursuit of her goal of keeping the peace on Lamiria II. She is an excellent source of morally dubious work that generally pays well.
