Structure

Grand Admiral, the leader of the organization.
Vice Admiral: Second hand in the operations helps upkeep the organization.
Usually the Grand Admiral is picked by the previous Grand Admiral as a second in command which is the Vice Admiral then once the GA dies the Vice Admiral takes over and picks their own second in command. This role controls the whole organization, using underlings to spread the work load. Though they have been known to keep a close eye upon their operations.

Assets

The assets they control consist of a couple of islands. Each with secure fortifications. A fleet of airships, Siege weapons, and production lines for weapons, ports and minor ship yards.

History

Gorthans Greatest started back when Gorthan, the pirate, decided to settle down. His crew loyal, pleaded him not to retire. Eventually they convinced him to continue work. With assistance from old friends he built forts upon and island. Eventually news got around that Gorthan had retired. This lead to kings seeking him out. He met with the kings of other nations and offered assistance in any conflicts that may come about.
