This is a world of magic, mystery, and mysticism.   Here live civilisations who make magic out of shining rocks, civilisations who wish they could make magic out of shining rocks, and civilisations who have no idea shining rocks can make magic.   All in all, a nice place to be, if you know where you stand with your shining rocks.   (Warning: shining rocks may or may not contain the body of a slumbering deity.
