The Most Perfect Being

(a.k.a. TMPB)

The Most Perfect Being is an entity entirely beyond anyone's comprehension. It is behind the creation of all of reality, as well as most of the gods, but seems to have little interest in ending the conflict in the 3rd and 4th dimensions. It seems that it has the ability to see the past, present, and future all at once. If it can still clearly see the future, then there is little need to take action. On rare occasions it does need to take action, it'll inhabit an "avatar" capable of being understood by the natives of the dimension in question, as its true form is too complex for even those in the 9th dimension to understand. Some have said that TMPB is the highest dimension in reality, while others have said it is reality itself. Whatever the case may be, it's likely not going to appear before anyone again before the conflict has come to a close.

Inspiration

When I came up with the idea for multiple dimensions, I guess it's only natural that I'd come up with an "Overseer" type god who's behind the creation of everything. I did take the name "The Most Perfect Being" from my philosophy. It was a few years ago so I don't remember the details, but the name really stuck for whatever reason. I wanted it to be the type of character that only appears at the very beginning of the story, and near the end, so be prepared to see almost nothing of it. By the way, notice that I'm using "it" as its pronoun. I decided that I wanted gender to be a meaningless concept to it. I'm thinking that if someone were ever to give it a voice, it can be anyone at all. Perhaps the voice someone hears from it varies from person to person?
