Offering of The Shrouded
"Tell us about a famous entertainment group within your world!"
They're a travelling tropue, called Offering of The Shrouded. They visit taverns, castles and villages all over the country, where they'll hold makeshift concerts with whatever people are around and willing to listen. They play a kind of folk music, with songs being about myths, stories, fairy tales, and all other kinds of tales.
It's always fun to be at one of their concerts. They really know how to make everyone there sing along, and they have enough theatrical skill to turn any room into a fabulous venue.
Offering of The Shrouded consists of five people. They all play multiple instruments, but usually have their signature sound, which they will stick with for most of the songs. They all sing along, except for the guy with the flute, of course.
The first perosn is Rascel, they play the violin. Fans suspect it might be a fake name, based on the word "rascal", but the theory has never been proved nor disproved.
The second member of the troupe is Flux. She plays the hurdy gurdy. A lot of people are attracted to her, but she really couldn't care less about stuff like that. All she is interested in is playing her music and hanging out with her friends.
The third member is Birchfang. She plays an angélique. Her parents were really "cottagecore" and with that kind of an aesthetic, so for her teen rebellion phase, she ran away with her friends to start a troupe and began dressing in a more rebellion kind of a style. At first she was just doing it to be a "rebel" but she actually loves it a lot. And – though they try to pretend otherwise for the illusion – her parents are actually super supportive of her choices.
The fourth member doesn't have a name. Well, they probably have a name, but no one knows what it is. They're very mysterious. The only people who actually knows anything about them are the other members of Offering of The Shrouded, but they'll never reveal their secrets. They play the barouqe flute, and never speaks, so people don't even know what their voice sounds like.
The fifth, and final, member of the troupe is the self proclaimed "lead" person. He sings and plays the lute. He's very dramatic, and likes to add some flair to their shows. His real name isn't know, but he calls himself Vampling, or "Vamp" for short.
