Rosa is a middle aged dwarven woman who seems to be well traveled although she doesn't talk about it much. She currently runs The Mean Pickaxe in Lillyhall catering to local miners and various caravans of traders, guards, and mercenaries that come through the town on their way in or out of the Empire. Slightly heavy set with long braided hair, she treats each customer that comes through with a mother's attention, as if each person was a long lost child of her own although no one gets a free ride in her establishment.
Many days her own two children, Rea'ani and Togar, can be found under or among the tables playing or looking to be told any number of adventuring stories by the patrons who come through.
