Yartar
Yartar is a small fortified city located in the Dessarin Valley and a member of the Lords' Alliance. The city is well-known for its important location on the Evermoor Way between Triboar and Silverymoon, as well as along the Rivers Surbrin and Dessarin. The city is attempting to become one of the most influential cities in the frontier, but is hampered by a high crime rate.
