Rezmir
Rezmir the Black was a female black half-dragon who served as the Black Wyrmspeaker for the Cult of the Dragon until her death in 1489 DR. A fierce warrior, she was completely devoted to Tiamat. She orchestrated the Cult's raid on the town of Greenest, but was tracked down and killed by a group of adventurers in the flying Skyreach Castle.
