Lady of Pain
The Lady of Pain is the mysterious and enigmatic ruler of the city of Sigil, located in the centre of the Outlands. Virtually everything about her is unknown, even her race. Although she is the ruler of the city, she takes remarkably little interest in its goings-on, unless something happens to threaten the security of the city or her position as its ruler. She is known to have godlike power, but rarely uses it. She is also known to occasionally be seen within the city itself, but it is highly recommended to stay as far away from her as possible and avoid her attention - she can kill with a glance.
