Galvan

Galvan the Blue is a human man from Thay and the Blue Wyrmspeaker of the Cult of the Dragon. Although he aspired to become a Red Wizard, he lacked talent at magic. Instead, he ended up joining the Cult of the Dragon. He has admired Severin Silrajin since the latter joined the Cult, viewing him as a powerful and charismatic leader. Galvan is also an excellent "dragon whisperer" and schemer, which secured his place as Blue Wyrmspeaker.
