Blagothkus
Blagothkus is a male cloud giant and ruler of Skyreach Castle. Prior to the shattering of the Ordning, his goal was to summon Tiamat and provoke all of giant-kind to unite in the face of such an extreme threat. To this end, he allied himself with the Cult of the Dragon and permitted them to use his castle to transport treasure to the Well of Dragons. However, he was persuaded to instead aid the forces arrayed against the Cult by a group of adventurers, and betrayed the Cult in his castle. He styles himself as a great strategist and warrior, one that puts the needs of giants as a whole above his own.
In 1492 DR, a group of adventurers in the Eye of the All-Father discovered that Blagothkus had murdered his son, Eigeron, there in response to what the oracle had told him. The ghost of Eigeron said he could not rest until his father had been killed.
