Urtul Floxin
The current leader of the Black Network (AKA Zhentarim) in Waterdeep. Urstul was second in command of the Zhentarim when Manshoon was in charge. Urstul took charge of the wayward faction soon after. Since then, he has been running the Zhentarim from the shadows, evading the City Guards in the process.
Urstul also seemingly has a connection with J.B. Nevercott and his crew. The extent of this connection is currently unknown.
