Excilior

In a sprawling technological society, the Absents struggle to rid themselves of undesirable citizens. The solution is Excilior. The small tropical world was completely uninhabited - considered unfit for colonization. So problematic citizens are simply dropped onto the planet – never to be heard from again. They have no means to escape. They cannot even communicate with anyone outside Excilior. They are merely left to die in the harsh jungle environment. Most perish quickly. But with the original example set by Cervia Polonosa, a handful learned to thrive and, over thousands of years, they have built their own anachronistic civilization of misfit casterways.
