Huge expanses of flat lands covered with thick canopy, but thin underbrush.

Foxes, songbirds, owls, hares, rodents, grizzly bears, moose, deer, and wolves.
Pine and spruce. lichens and mosses. Plants commonly found in bogs and swamps instead of forests.
