Cobalt

Cobalt is a metal of a deep blue colour. It is the main construction material of the centre of Exapolis, helping to give the town its signature look. Cobalt is unique in how it can channel the will of the Divinity; without cobalt the deity's enchanting effects cannot apparently be used for human purposes. Also a strong channel for the effects of radium oil.
