Palma Flora

Demographics

Palma Flora's population consists mostly of humans (~2/3), halflings (~10%) and dwarves (~10%), although minority species are still quite a common sight. Most people who live here are fishers, farmers, or brewers, with a significant portion of them directly working for tourism.

Government

Palma Flora is largely independent of the political forces ravaging on the Menagerie Coast. Their Elder has the final say in town-wide conflicts, but most conflicts are settled individually and with no authority required.

Defences

Palma Flora is defended by a lose military of armed workers, most of which Shark Hunters. It does not have access to siege weaponry nor a defensive wall. The later would not be of much use anyway, with the largest thread to Palma's townsfolk being pirates and Sahuagin from the sea.

Infrastructure

Palma Flora has access to sufficient, albeit rudimentary road and sewer networks. They have access to breweries, a small shipyard, and two wind mills.

Districts

Palma Flora is divided into a South Town and a North Town.
The South Town contains Flora Isle as well as most inns and the town's market. Here, people tend to spend their evenings and nights relaxing after a hard day of work.
The North Town contains breweries as well as workshops of all kinds. It also has direct access to one of the town's wind mills, and is closest to the town-adjacent farms.
Most people in Palma Flora rest and sleep in the South and work in the North.
