The Psion Monks

The Psion monks are psionicists; people who practice the powers of Psionics. In today's world, they are few and far between, to the point that seeing one would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
It wasn't always that way, though. Psionics used to be as popular as arcanist magic is today, but fell to the wayward when it was discovered that psionics damages the user's brain slowly over time.
