Celia is the most revered person in the Esmarian Empire. Her prowess with leadership is undeniable, her eye for commerce is sharp and few scholars can start to compare themselves on an intellectual level. Her green eyes are a rarity in Kapira, and her ink black hair has a captivating effect on most. Having outlived more than 10 generations however, some have began to worship her as a goddess, while others have become skeptical of her and her intensions.

Ancestry

Judging by her longevity, seemingly out of nowhere appearance during troubled times and mighty power, many scholars speculate her origin story. Though never revealed by Celia herself, her ancestry most definitely have roots in Godhood, or so scholars believe. There is no known family in Esmaria's vicinity with the name of LeFer, further mystifying her origins.

Family & Daily Life

Given her central position, power and beauty, many have tried to get close to her. Not only is approach difficult, but anyone showing mischievous behavior such as wanting to seduce Celia is "promptly removed". In the end, none has taken her hand in marriage once, and she seems rather uninterested in such affairs. Her parents are unknown and she has no known children.
Day to day activities include paperwork, meetings, audiences and such. Staying mostly inside her palace in Flusya Esmaria and tends to avoid public commotion and exposure. What she spends her time doing while passing time is a mystery to the common citizen.

Magical Abilities

When uniting Esmaria, Celia was first looked down upon by many. That soon changed after displaying extreme magical capabilities. She could singlehandedly level a small army, and by extension demolish new enemies' will to fight. Her aids have reported small visual changes in Celia while she performs magic. Her eyes can seem to glow brighter green, and the air around her starting to vibrate, as if looking at air above a fire.
