The Warden Rules

"None shall dig unto the world a distance greater than six feet.
None shall damage or subvert the systems upon which the world runs.
None shall see within the systems of the world through any but the Terminus."

Manifestation

The Warden rules were discovered and laid down in the time of the Scholars. Failing to abide by these rules will elicit the wrath of The Grey Wardens. A large enough violation may bring about a reprisal the likes of which destroyed The First City.
