Alby
Alby was a small town on the Inselmoor frontier and under the banner of the Kingdom of Krog It was located along the riverbank called the Greenrush River. This small town focused primarily on logging and farming but also as a hub for frontiersman looking to go deeper into unclaimed territory on the Inselmoor.
Those that lived in Alby were very hardworking and pragmatic, as their lives were shaped by physical labor and close ties to their surroundings. While their lifestyles were simple, they took great pride in their work.
Description
Logging was the primary source of work in Alby, and many folk looking to start anew may have found themselves chopping down trees or shaving bark. The Boar Logger Co. was the major company responsible for this effort. Farmers grew all sorts of crops in Alby. The most prominent crops grown there were barley, wild rice, and cabbage. Many of the farms were dotted with orchards and cranberry bogs. Some farmers grew mushrooms known as enoki mushrooms. Generally, food grown in Alby was not exported and was used to feed the town and loggers.Notable Locations

A stone bridge crossing over the Greenrush River that connected Alby to the rest of Krog. The bridge was carved with imagery of pine trees and animals.Loggerhall
A communal gathering place for all who lived in Alby to meet for meals, celebrations, and decision-making. Its walls are lined with axes and saws from legendary loggers of the past.Noka Farm
This farm, like many others within Alby grew crops to feed the town. This farm in particular grew enoki mushrooms as a specialty. It was considered a family secret on how to grow and maintain this crop.Geography
