Trasgo
Trasgo are a race of goblinoid humanoids who diverged from other goblinoid races long ago, intermingling with humans and as such display traits from both races. Their chaotic tendencies and short attention spans of goblins are tempered by the need for socialization and companionship of humans. They tend to be squat and stocky with greenish skin and overly long and pointed ears that fold over slightly on top like sheep ears, slit-like cat eyes, sharp teeth, and long, thick hair.

Basic Information
Anatomy
Trasgo are short creatures, standing around three to three-and-a-half feet tall. While they are mostly humanoid, their defining features are skin that varies in colors from green to pale white to dark brown, yellow or other brightly-colored cat eyes with vertical slit pupils well-adapted to darkness, long pointed ears that tend to fold over on the top, and their sharp teeth.
Trasgo typically take on one of two different body types. The first are ectomorphs, easily building lean muscle and maintaining a slender figure. The second are endomorphs, storing body fat easily for insulation, long-term energy storage, and girth. They tend to form pear-shaped figures with wider hips and thighs, which are considered attractive.
While it is a popular belief that male trasgo are the ectomorph body type and females are the endomorph body type, both sexes can actually achieve either body type or anything in between depending on their diet and lifestyle.
Dietary Needs and Habits
While trasgo are omnivores, they typically prefer meat. That being said, they will often eat anything in a pinch, even food that has spoiled, which doesn't seem to bother their stomachs, if not their sensibilities. Most trasgo have their own dietary preferences, but a common weakness among the race are empty calories and high-carb foods, even though they are terrible for them.
Additional Information
Social Structure
Trasgo tend to live normal lives among other humanoid civilizations. Though they tend towards chaotic alignment and can be capricious at times, they overall value lending a helping hand to those they like and going out of their way to do things for others, even if that may manifest in unexpected ways or without being asked.
Trasgo also enjoy pranks, jokes, and good-humored mischief among friends as a form of bonding and tend to enjoy having pranks pulled on them as well.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Trasgo eyes have vertical pupils and easily take in light in darker settings. However, they have difficulty seeing as well in bright light, and often wear protective lenses if they have adapted to live a diurnal lifestyle. Trasgo also have much more keen hearing than humans with their overly large ears. Their other senses are roughly in line with humans.
Civilization and Culture
Beauty Ideals
Beauty ideals, like with most cultures, vary wildly between individuals, though the mainstream beauty standards are accepted by most trasgo.
For men, lithe bodies with lean muscle are valued. Long fingers are especially valued as they are viewed as much more dextrous.
For women, rounder curves are valued, particularly in the hips and legs. Trasgo women often compare the lengths of their ears as a mark of beauty, and longer ears are often envied.
Many trasgo consider half-trasgo individuals to be "too human" to fit their mainstream beauty standards, and prefer a more "traditional" trasgo look. Being short is a point of pride.
Common Taboos
Trasgo, while technically goblinoid creatures, hate being associated with other goblinoids. It is considered offensive to refer to a trasgo as a goblin.
History
Long ago, goblins and trasgo branched off from the same parent species. While the goblins were wicked and destructive, the trasgo were civil and became equals to humans and other races. As things go, human and trasgo intermarriage was inevitable, and now human blood is almost as much a part of the trasgo genome as their original goblin ancestors.
Nowadays, they tend to live in communities alongside humans, elves, and other humanoid races, though races such as gnomes and dwarves tend to distrust them.
