He is revered by scholars, historians, lawmakers, court wizards, arcane magic wielders and any other seekers or proponents of knowledge and civilized thinking. Patrons of Xithar can often be found studying at the great libraries or magic schools of the major cities, with the largest arcane university being the Arcanii, in the region Gaeliv.
