The Forgotten
God of Destruction and All-Father to the Metallic Dragons
The creation of Eulara did not happen in one attempt. The Gods experimented with many different earthly and aquatic forms, geologic designs, and celestial bodies over a period of eons. Each time they were ready to clean the slate and try something new, the now-forgotten God of Destruction was given free reign. He would take the form of an immense dragon, capable of engulfing mountains and swallowing seas. Eventually, when the Gods were satisfied with their work, the insatiable God of Destruction was left with no clear purpose. Fearing that he would one day be unable to contain himself and destroy their works of perfection, the rest of the Gods came to the decision to trap him in mortal form. He agreed to this fate with one condition: Ravun and Arasil would shape for him beings of his ideal design. These became the metallic dragons – majestic shapeshifters and beings of good (despite their destructive capability). Unable to create works of beauty themselves (as their All-father before them), they have somewhat of an obsession with treasures and magical artifacts made by the various other races of Eulara, which they collect and covet in their homes. Now with no memory of his true name, form or past, the Forgotten’s soul has been reborn an innumerable amount of times since the beginning of Eulara as we know it today.Remove these ads.
