Aurelis
A major port city & seat of power for the Kingdom of Latheron. It is the most racially diverse settlement in Latheron, with districts and embassies for many of Eulara’s different peoples - a small population of Dragonborn have even made it their home, many finding comfort in the so-called “Dragontown” district.
Demographics
Humans remain in the majority, but with a healthy mix of most other races. The exceptions to this would be Forest Gnomes, and to a lesser extent High Elves.
Government
Aurelis is the seat of power for the Kingdom of Latheron, a monarchy currently ruled by King Kimbertos Skotti.
Industry & Trade
Imports goods from all over the world, especially through the Dwarves of Belgrunil and Port Gildor. Exports spices and textiles, in addition to wines, silks and lumber from Ardstead, and leather, furs and agriculture from Taleah.
Infrastructure
The docks and shipyards dominate much of the landscape, but there are also rings and pockets of districts surrounding the keep and castle in the center of the city. Districts include residential, business, trade, embassies, temples...
Guilds and Factions
Merchant guilds hold much of the power in Aurelis, with their interests seeded into the government at all levels.
