The Chaplain

The Chaplain lurks in the Red-Eyed Chapel atop Mt. Polyphemus in Kilnrest. He has holed himself up, and claims to control the Fog which lead the player's to the island.

Raynu's head dipped, a rather lively action considering his state. <It must be, for the Chaplain to take the pages for safekeeping. I'm sure it's related to Andrei and the breaking of the heart>

<To fire with the Chaplain> Edregal growled. <He does nothing for the people anymore. The Chaplain claims to command the fog but he's lost his mind.>
