Cascadian Union

The Cascadian Union was a nation of states extant on Eden from the 21st century until shortly after the Advent War towards the end of the 22nd century, after which the Union was reclassified as an Aempian Providence.

Under the oversight of the church, Eden has been globalized. Under that structure, the Union still exists as a Harmonious conclave—more as a tag of ethnicity and location than of legal borders.

An important aspect of the Union, from the start, was that it was forward-thinking with clean technologies, and earnesly trying to stay ahead of the already catastrophic effects of global warming.
