Chatterbox

The mind is a terrible thing to wa-wa-wa-sssssssss*skkrk*. Sorry, that happens sometimes.
Chatterbox has a past. In fact, he has several. He's not sure which one is real (if any of them). Some common elements emerge, and his childhood remains intact. Early adulthood to present-day, however, poses problems in terms of establishing a clear narrative. This is especially true when it comes to details regarding who hooked him up to the insanity engine that is not a near-permanent fixture to his face. Such being the case, Chatterbox will give a different explanation about it each time he's asked.
Some stories he's given include:

• He was running a defrag but had to abort the process early; this caused problems
• Ever the talkative type, he mouthed off to a crime boss that had him outfitted with an ironic punishment
• A friend double-dared him to wear the first thing they found at a pawn shop
