Of two minds

At level 1 choose a secondary class for your twin soul, every time you level an even level your twin soul gains a level on that class. At any point(only during your turn in combat) you can change between the 2 souls that use your body, you keep your stats. Your equipment, health and proficiencies are those of your main class only, except weapon proficiencies which are specific to the soul currently active. When you are on your twin soul class you may use its abilities or spells as if you where that level, every other rule applies as if you were only one creature. This switch can be a physical change, even changing the weapons you may be holding if the twin soul is a marcial class.

Lore

Twin souls are usually a man and a woman, one of them is only a reflection of what the creature could have been. The most common way for a twin soul to form is when Twins would have born but one of them dies at birth or young age, the dead twin soul stays back to assist it's brother or sister. Some twin souls are formed when someone with a strong purpose dies and the spirit clings to a newborn to finish it's duty.
