Qualifications

Born of a Previous Imperial leaders or taking the post when a old dynasty ends.

Requirements

They must be of age of 250 or have no other person to take or keep the position.

Appointment

From learning all they can through academic and other skills, and will be leader at the age of 250. If they are a child with multiply siblings that also qualify, they will be given a year to prove that they are a perfect choice for leader.

Duties

The leaders of the empire is to uphold the power and lead the people of the empire to a glorious future. They are to make decrees to make life for the elves better. They are to make the connections of the foreign lands of a peaceful nature, unless threatened. They are to keep the people of the lands feel safe from any harm.

Responsibilities

They are to be present at the solstice of the years every 5 years. The leader must visit all the major towns, cities, and villages of the empire, they must be visited every 10 years. The leader must attend every counsel meeting. The leader must attend the military inspection as well as the march every 10 year.

Benefits

They have political power over mostly everything of the empire and may push to change laws or declare war.

Accoutrements & Equipment

The Crown of the Dynasty, with every start of a dynasty, a new crown is forged and is the sign of leadership.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The leader may be taken of the throne in a few ways. They are challenged by a person that wants the throne. They are Forcefully taken from the throne, mainly through treason. The leader may be self dismissed when ever they choose.
