Tiamat

The queen of chromatic dragons is considered the sister of Bahamut, but unlike her brother she despies mortals, and beleives that dragons should rule the whole of the world. During the Dawn War, the two had an uneasy truce and after the War was concluded Tiamat was sealed away by Bahamut and Moradin on Avernus, the first layer of Hell.
Due to the size of Bahamut's church, information on her followers are scarce. Even High Marshall Zashir, a former member of her cult, was quiet about them.
