Sessions 21 - 30
General Summary
After arriving in Ormus, the group was immediately wrapped up in the politics of the city. They reunited with Cheshire, who had been resurrected by the Raven Queen.
They slaughtered Sobec Black and prevented a necromancer from raising an army of undead (at the cost of a priest's life). Then they returned to Firion.
Upon returning, the group choose to attend the wedding of Zaknafain and Amartheleth, which was actually a trap set by the couple to lure out cultists that wanted to kill the Raven Princess.
The assassins were led by Duck, and they were routed when it was discovered that the Amartheleth they were targeting was in fact her daughter, Mystra.
The party decided to assault the cultists lair, which they found empty of life. They did find a journal, however, that spoke of Cheshire's adopted father Guren. Having just missed him, Cheshire began waiting impatiently for word of a ship to give chase.
With their new friend, Halvar, the group followed the cultists to their new hideout, where several of them nearly died. They beat a hasty retreat, letting Duck get away.
They journeyed next to Deimian, one of the port cities in Firion. There they purchased passage on the Storm wind for El'Mira in the Elf Kingdom of Alotha.
En route to El'Mira the group met a bronze dragon named Aryx, who mentioned that there were two other ships that passed through recently.
The party encountered one of these ships, the Obsidian. It was a slave ship, and the crew was massacred, and the tabaxi cargo freed.
Upon arriving in El'Mira, Miz'ri and Alesha were the subjects of much racism, especially Miz'ri. Thanks to some forward think from Cheshire, the dark elf was able to gain access to the elf kingdom.
After less than a day in the capitol city, Ruath, the group was approached by a crying elf woman.
