Kalis
A decently sized city nestled in a lush forest, I found my stay here to be quite pleasant. The locals made me feel welcome, and the local branch of the thieves guild was receptive to my bribe to leave me alone.
I found the food to be of particular note. The mingling of tastes was like A Verdant Rose Festival in my mouth. The food at The Frowning Satyr was a particular treat.
I would have to say that my only problem was waking during the night with Lady Smithram and her two children in my bed; scared from Lord Smithram's screaming. I would have been fine with this arrangement had her son not developed wandering hands. My knife against his groin promptly creased his groping.
