Erosni

The world of Erosni is only just like ours at first sight. Cars and phones yet no space travel, it may see just like it, but looking closer reveals it is actually as different as can be. Hidden in the mechanics of physics are fundamental differences that casual observers may not understand. Erosni is home to magic.   Magic grows and thrives in this urban setting, but not everyone knows about it. Only about 0.1% of the population is even knowing of magic (but that is still seven million people, so it's not that small) and even less are masters of the skill. Erosni has many hidden places where magic-users live and grow their abilities. This may include hidden magic shops twisted between normal businesses on normal streets, to an entire continent cloaked from sight.   Right now is the biennial magic meeting, known as a time when hundreds of magic students and professors flood the streets of Bakayevo, Eredhel for an entire month. Stores are stocking up and wards are being updated as we speak! Locals, you may want to stock up on groceries.   To any newcomers to the area, feel free to head to the Fortress of Sheshba and check out the memorial museum, or Grace Row Market, one of Eredhel's largest magical shopping districts. Wander the Ebony Plains on tour or explore the ruins of some of our most mysterious cultures. Head to the city university and attend one of the many lectures on magic theory from the visiting professors!
