Erden

In a world culturally split by those living in the stone age and those on the brink of trans-dimensional technology. Humanity clamors together in sprawling over populated cities states. Past violent upheavals and biological diversification project gone awy has left large parts of the world abandoned to become a no man's land in which great monstrosities now lurk.   Living on Erden is often a life lived in a gilded cage. Outside city walls is a lush and rich environment filled with all kinds of beasts and machines. Humanity's ability to cooperate has become it's primary means of survival in this harsh world. Safety within city walls is typically a convincing veneer. Factions and companies vie for power and control of precious resources, and innovative technology by any means at their disposal.   Erden is a world of intrigue, espionage, and monstrosity. Magic coils in the background of society and the chance to set out into the wilds or other worlds awaits those willing to grasp it.
