Personal history
Taisa was born in a small village in Engoru Savanna. Her tribe, the zivar, had a pact with the benti, ostrich-like sentient beings, more specifically with the gasami tribe. The gasami were loosing the war to the sawari, and in exchange for more land and knowledge about the savanna, the humans would use weapons and mount some of the gasami in their combats.
Because of her mother's illness, the slow fever, Taisa enrolled for the gasami army with her benti friend, Gawa. Her objective was to help in the conquer of a specific place, the Sky Nest, where the Flower-of-Eyes, used in the treatment of slow fever, use to grow.
After many unsuccessful tries, she finally was able to join the benti and being a relevant piece in the history of both benti and human history.
Education
Taisa received most of her education from her mother and her brother. She tried to join the fight school of her village, but was most times underestimated and learned almost everything of fight with Gawa, her benti companion, and her mother.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Taisa, while in the army, stopped the Kasai rebellion, when revolutionary gasami tried to break the pact between zivar and their tribe. Their objective was to "free" the benti from the humans, claiming that the pact would only make the benti weaker.
While in the army, she was the planner of many successful strategies, and that brought her the title of Benti Zivar, meaning that the gasami considered her as one of them.
Taisa was also responsible for bringing peace the gasami and the sawari, ending a war that endured for several decades.
After the peace, she had access to the Sky Nest and saved her mother from the slow fever.
Failures & Embarrassments
Taisa failed two times when trying to joint the gasami army trough the benti races. Although apparently failing in the third test, she proved her value along the challenge, and was allowed to become a Benti-Zai.
