Personal history
Left as a baby in the town of Skodarak. The town as a group effort raised him with a few other orphans. The town noticed Kursk low skills and it was a waste of time training him in any skill craft. They used him as a the local mule to move items and heavy lifting etc.. When Kursk was around10 years old a mercenary was traveling thru the town. The old warrior noticed Kursk when he was rough housing with the other kids. and that Kursk seemed to have a natural skill in out fighting the other kids. No one knows why but the warrior decided to stay in the town and train Kursk as a warrior. He became almost like a farther to Kursk, but after a around 5 years of very intense training in military skills the warrior just went up and left. Kursk was lost and stunned about this and tried to fill the void by becoming the towns protector! Kursk has tried at all times to improve his skills and learn what he can comprehend of military matters.
