LakePass Counting House
The counting house is run by a family of Gnomes known as The Rottendult Family with one of their counting houses in every known city on Erath. Due to portal limitations they are unable to easilly speak to any of their family save for those a portal hop away. The Counting houses are connected in that they know of everyones true balance and allows for withdrawals and transfers to/from any of them.
Strangely though. it seems no matter what counting house is visited or when they are visited The Rottendult Family member you interact with appears to be the same person in looks, voice, and mannerisms.

Defenses
The means to secure all these assets is unknown but the counting houses have never been successfully robbed.
History
It is not clear whether the counting houses existed before the end of the Second War however immidiately after they sprung up in every city.
