Father Joseph Ulysses Cornwall (a.k.a. Father Cornwall)
Father Cornwall is a devote follower of The Architect and helps guide and lead the citizens of LakePass. He has served his community all his life and is a well loved and respected member of the community. All people and worship of the NINE are all allowed in the The Temple of LakePass which is under his stewardship. He is considered a village elder and the default leader of the community.
